District 128 Preschool Screening

Please call 708-597-1285 between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday) for an appointment.
Screening Time: 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM
The screening will take place at Indian Hill School (12800 S. Austin, Palos Heights).
Areas of development assessed include speech and language, gross and fine motor skills, concepts, social/emotional and self-help skills. A vision and hearing screening will also be conducted.
A diagnostic team of district personnel will screen children under the direction of District 128 Administration.
